  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We offer flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times for expedited shipping are typically 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S. Your order will automatically qualify for free shipping once the minimum purchase amount is met.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times to these locations may vary.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or peak shipping seasons. We will do our best to communicate any anticipated delays and work with carriers to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at valorandharvest@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
